World Tai Chi Day - Sat, April 24, 2004  

At 10:00 AM, in over 70 countries around the world, this special event is going to be celebrated for the fifth year. The established date is always the first Saturday following the United Nation’s World Health Day.

Please come and join us, ask questions, watch demonstrations and learn all about a 5,000 year old method of achieving better health for you and your loved ones. Bring the whole family and enjoy yourselves in any of the participatory classes to be held that day!

Our purpose is to educate the world about the profound benefits that can be achieved through the study and practice of T’ai Chi and QiGong.

Where? Sutton Public School Gymnasium - 375 Boston Road - Sutton, MA

Take Route 146 south from Worcester, Ma & Route 146 north from Providence, R.I. to Boston Road west, and follow through the center of town to the school complex. The school is on the left approximately 3miles from Route 146 on Boston Road.

Please look for directional signs when you get to the school.

Activities start promptly at 10:00 AM and will continue to 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM depending on public participation. We are anticipating approximately 100-200 people for this celebration.

What is World T’ai Chi and QiGong Day?

World T’ai Chi and QiGong Day is an international event that follows the Unites Nations World Health Day celebrated earlier this month. It’s purpose is to educate the community at large about the health benefits of daily Tai Chi Chuan and QiGong practice for themselves and their loved ones.
